Description

What it asks for

On the third floor of Cho Yuu Temple, Ksitigarbha watches over pets who have passed away. Light a Memorial Lamp for your pet, so they are free from pain, never lost, and happy wherever they are now. Even if you live far away, you can light one online.

How it works

Cho Yuu Temple offers Pet Blessing Lamps, so there is no need to wait for Lunar New Year. Once we receive your order, the temple lights a lamp for your pet. It stays lit for a full year from that day.

After ordering, fill in the Blessing Details form

After checkout, please fill in the Blessing Details form: your name, phone number and address, your pet’s name, species and approximate age, and a photo of your pet. The temple lights the lamp using these details. Please fill in one form per pet.

Checkout notes

Lamps are not shipped. At checkout, choose “No shipping (lamps, rituals, roof tiles)”; there is no shipping fee. Please check out separately from charms and other items that need shipping.
